Why isn’t my discount/coupon code working?
Our coupons are designed for one-time use and exclude the following products unless otherwise noted:

- Products already on sale
- Newly released products
- Subscription orders

How do I use my store credit?
Store credit can be applied during checkout, underneath the discount code field on the final page.
On mobile, tap “Show order summary” first, and the store credit option will appear.
Note: Store credit cannot be applied to subscription or wholesale orders.
What is your return policy?

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To process a return, authorization is required. Please contact us at info@unclejoliving.com with your order details before sending any item back.
- If a return is sent without authorization, we may be unable to process it.
