Domestic Shipping Policy
- Free Standard Shipping on retail orders over $49 in the US. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories.
- Orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 11 AM PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
- Overnight orders placed on Friday before 11 AM PST will be delivered the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become available.

International Shipping Policy
Uncle Jo Living partners with UPS for international shipments outside the United States, and with Frontier for orders to Canada.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
- Packages are typically delivered in 10–15 days.
- Weekend delivery may not be available.
- Deliveries may be handled by local postal service providers.
- International shipping rates do not apply to U.S. territories (HI, AK, PR, Guam, Virgin Islands). Standard US shipping rates apply, though additional delivery time may be required.

Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in your order total at checkout. These may be due upon delivery and must be paid by the recipient.
- Shipments to Canada (via Frontier) include duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in the shipping quote.
- Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for details. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
P.O. Box Shipping
We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes. All international and Canadian orders require a physical, verifiable shipping address.
Subscription Order Shipping
- U.S. subscription orders ship free (excludes HI, AK, PR).
- Subscription orders using the same shipping address and payment method may be automatically combined if scheduled within 48 hours of each other (maximum of 2 shipments).
- To manage your subscription, please log into your Uncle Jo Living subscription dashboard.
- Shipping charges for subscription orders are subject to change.
International Subscription Shipping
- All international subscription orders follow standard international shipping rates.
- Rates are calculated at checkout and depend on order weight and destination.
- Shipments are sent via UPS Worldwide Expedited and Frontier for Canada.
Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale accounts are not eligible for free shipping. Please review shipping rates at checkout for wholesale orders.
Dropship Item Shipping
- At this time, Uncle Jo Living does not sell or ship large/heavy equipment or specialty devices.
- Our primary products — including Mojo Coffee Bags, Mojo Gummies, and future blends — are shipped through our fulfillment partners in discreet, eco-friendly packaging.
- We do not offer dropship-only items requiring oversized handling.
- Returns are accepted for unopened coffee or supplement products within 30 days of delivery. A return shipping/restocking fee may apply to select items (deducted from the final refund amount).
